Project: Unbundling RUAG
RUAG's demerger project has created two companies from one: "RUAG Switzerland" is now concentrating on its core tasks within Switzerland, while "RUAG International" is taking over the remaining business areas.
What is it about?
A very exciting unbundling project is taking place at RUAG, which is responsible for turning one company into two in the future. This unbundling is the result of a decision by the Federal Council. The aim of the project is to have a "RUAG Switzerland", which will once again focus on its core tasks within Switzerland, and a "RUAG International", which will take over all the remaining business areas.
