Project: E-Government
UVEK pushed ahead with the introduction of a joint eGov platform. We organized project controlling, provided direct support to project managers and ensured reporting and project documentation.
What is it about?
The Federal Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (DETEC) would like to gradually exploit the potential offered by the digitalization of processes. To this end, a joint eGov platform is being set up within DETEC. The project is being designed, implemented and gradually introduced across all offices under the leadership of the General Secretariat (GS) and together with the FOEN and OFCOM. The eGov solution is intended to support the processing of business cases with collaborative and consistent end-2-end processes. Users are guided through a workflow-based case and activity management system. The target solution includes not only the eGov portal, but also the back-office processes in the offices to be implemented with the GEVER federal standard.
The client benefit
We support the overall eGovernment program at departmental level in the area of project support (Project Management Office). This includes organizing and managing project controlling, providing direct support to project managers, ensuring reporting and project documentation as well as change and configuration management in the project.
