]init[ Group Expands Its Presence in Switzerland Branch Office Creates New Growth Opportunities

]init[ now has its own branch office in Muri near Bern. This move strengthens the ]init[ Group’s competitiveness and opens up new opportunities for implementing challenging projects in Switzerland. Ironforge clients also stand to benefit.

With the founding of ]init[ Aktiengesellschaft für digitale Kommunikation, a branch office in Muri near Bern, the ]init[ Group is further expanding its presence in Switzerland. The new branch office will enable the Group to bring its international experience, best practices, and expertise to the Swiss market even more effectively in the future.

Clients will benefit from expanded access to expert knowledge, innovative solutions, and proven project experience from the DACH region and international projects. At the same time, Ironforge AG will continue to operate as an established Swiss subsidiary and benefit from new opportunities in project implementation.

With the establishment of the ]init[ AG branch, we are laying the groundwork to leverage the strengths of our international group even more effectively for the Swiss market. Our clients benefit from an expanded range of services, additional resources, and the experience gained from numerous successful projects both in Switzerland and abroad. At the same time, we are reaffirming our long-term commitment to Switzerland as a business location and our growth ambitions in this important market.

No changes for Ironforge employees and clients

The establishment of the branch office will not result in any changes for Ironforge AG’s employees and clients. Ironforge will remain an independent subsidiary of the ]init[ Group and will continue to serve its clients as usual.

At the same time, the new structure opens up additional opportunities: In the future, ]init[ Aktiengesellschaft für digitale Kommunikation will be able to engage Ironforge AG as a subcontractor for project implementation. This will also benefit Ironforge’s existing clients, as they will have access to the full range of expertise and resources of the international ]init[ Group whenever needed.

Switzerland remains a key part of the Group

Switzerland will remain an important location within the international organization in the long term. In addition to serving existing clients, the local presence will be expanded in a targeted manner to enable further growth and tap into additional market opportunities.

As part of this development, Ironforge will relocate from Muri to Bern in the fourth quarter of 2026. The new premises offer better access to public transportation and make it easier for employees and clients to reach the office. At the same time, the more central location at Belpstrasse 36 creates ideal conditions for closer personal collaboration and the further development of the company culture. The Zurich office will remain open and will also be expanded.

Join us in shaping the digital society of tomorrow!
