Terms and Conditions

At Ironforge Consulting AG, the following terms and conditions generally apply to applications submitted in collaboration with recruitment agencies: 

Fee for advertised positions without a direct search request

The following fee schedule applies (fees exclude VAT):

  • Max. 10% for annual incomes up to CHF 75,000
  • Max. 12% for annual incomes up to CHF 100,000
  • Max. 15% for annual incomes of CHF 100,001 or more

3-month warranty 

  • 100% refund of placement fees if you leave within the first month
  • 75% refund of placement fees if you leave within the second month
  • 50% refund of placement fees if you leave within the third month
